Rebel Wilson looked like a total knockout while attending the premiere of her new Netflix movie senior year on Tuesday.

The 42-year-old exuded old Hollywood glamor in a sparkling floor-length green Jason Wu gown that had a sweetheart neckline and hugged her hourglass figure and accentuated her slender waist after her recent 80lb weight loss.

She completed her stunning look with matching heels and wore her blonde hair in bouncy waves, adding a subtle smoky eye and nude lip to show off her flawless complexion.


In the film, Rebel plays a cheerleader trying to reclaim her high school life after being in a coma for two decades. The official synopsis reads, “She’s the captain of the cheerleading team, dates the quarterback and is on track to be prom queen. Girls want to be her and boys want to be with her. She has it all – until she falls off the top of the cheerleading pyramid and falls into a coma.

Rebel recently shared how she changed her career path and became an actress after taking a year off to travel to Africa, and it was here that she contracted malaria and changed her life forever.


“I had malaria,” she said today Stars Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie as she reveals how she decided to become an actress despite going to law school and later graduating from Australia’s top law school.


“I took a gap year between high school and college and went to Africa for a year, got malaria, really, really bad, and I imagined that I was an actress and I was really good, and stuff like that I went back to Australia and said, “Guys, I think…I mean, I’m going to go to law school too, but I think I need to pursue acting because I had the vision.”
