NFL Ratings: Madden NFL Ratings are here. Check out the hotly debated WR review

The latest Madden NFL ratings and rankings are here. The ranking and rating provide the assessment of the top players for the 2022 season and 99 clubs in each position.

What is Madden?

The most popular American football game offers a realistic gaming experience. Electronic Arts (EA) is the home of Madden NFL, an extremely popular NFL video game. The game was first released in June 1988 and has been the pinnacle of digital football gaming ever since. Last year’s edition, Madden NFL 22, was released on August 20th.

The Madden NFL 23 release date is set for August 19, 2022. The best players of the 2022 season were ranked by Madden ahead of the game’s release, along with a 99 club for each field position. The Raiders’ Davante Adams is the top wide receiver with 99 points. But as usual, the debate over some players’ scores is heated.

Here are the three WRs:

Deebo Samuel —
Madden WR Rating: 89

The 49ers’ Deebo Samuel had a solid 2021 season, topping the NFL charts for yards per reception. He placed fifth in receiving yards and made plenty of quick contributions. As such, his Madden NFL WR rating of 89, while prominent, doesn’t look particularly terrific compared to the 12 others above him.

Tea Higgins– Madden WR Rating: 83

Tee Higgins was among the top-performing wide receivers in the 2021 season with 12 touchdowns and has rushed for just under 2,000 combined yards over the past two seasons. Tee was also one of the few to cross 1000 reception yards in the 2021 season. Despite tremendous performances, Tee was ranked under 30 WRs, with a shockingly low rating of 83.

Yes’Marr Chase – Madden WR Rating: 87

Ja’Marr Chase had a dream run throughout the 2021 season, emerging as one of the best and most dominant rookies of the year. He achieved top positions in touchdowns, yards per reception and yards received. Although it was Ja’Marr’s first season, his performance was notable enough to make him one of the top performing WRs of the 2021 season. As such, the 87 rating that Madden gave him this year seems unfair.
