Adam Sandler’s new Netflix movie is out next month and it looks unreal

Adam Sandler is back with another movie and it looks amazing.

However, the comedian is often criticized for his choice of films Hurry got people really excited.

An avid basketball fan in real life, Sandler plays a downtrodden scout for the Philadelphia 76ers who spends his life traveling the globe in search of the NBA’s next big star.

The synopsis reads: “Stanley Sugerman’s (Adam Sandler) love of basketball is unparalleled, but the travel-weary Philadelphia 76ers scout with higher aspirations of becoming a coach remains on the road in search of the next unknown talent.

“His search around the world takes him to Spain, where he discovers Bo Cruz (NBA player Juancho Hernangómez), an incredible streetball player with a colorful past.

“Stanley and Bo connect on and off the court with their passion for the game and as loving family fathers who want to prove they can win, at basketball and in life.

When With unpolished gems, it promises an incredibly strong performance from Sandler.

The film is set to hit Netflix on June 8th and fans are already looking forward to it.

He told the outlet, “There were a lot of deep scenes that connected with me playing a guy who’s worked hard his whole life and hasn’t quite achieved what his goal was, been overlooked and people at work stood in his way.

“A lot of people have dealt with it in their lives. I knew this movie had a different feel to me, but it’s kind of a combination of things I’ve done in the past and a newer version of who I am.”

He also compared the film to another sports classic.

Adding, “It’s a Rocky story and I’m not Mickey in it — there’ll never be another Mickey again — but I like being that guy, talking to a young man and cheering him on.”
